Pertiwi Land was unofficially established in 2011 by Mr. Rosihan and his associates to devote oneself to real estate construction and development.

    Starting with only 4-units cluster with one gate system development in one of the developing area in Bandung, the founders managed to maintain exponential growth until today. And over the years Pertiwi Land has built a reputation as one of the fast-growing and promising property players in Bandung area, especially in the development of residential area. Aiming to become one of the leading property players in Indonesia, Pertiwi Land plan to manage more deliverables quality as well as unleashing more development across Indonesia.
